Jeff Gompper joined J&K Ingredients in 2011, with sales responsibilities concentrating in the Southeast United States as well as specific accounts in the Midwest. His background in functional bakery ingredients sales spans over 30 years. Working closely with customers and Research & Development departments, Jeff has helped to create solutions for both large and medium-sized wholesale bakeries, resulting in cost and time savings while increasing the quality of their baked goods. Jeff began his career in the baking industry at age 16 and worked his way from bakery production to management to sales.
