James Sausville graduated Hobart College in 1986. From there, he attended the 19-week Baking Science and Technology program at the American Institute of Baking. After completing the course at AIB he stayed on for Frozen Dough Operations and In-Store Bakery training. From there he joined Sausville Foods as a Shift Supervisor and then became Vice President of Operations. He continued to work for Sausville Foods through the sale of our bakery division to HJ Heinz in 1988. In 1990, after two years of working through the transition of the bakery to Heinz, James joined J&K Ingredients with a focus in Sales and shortly thereafter became President of the company.
