Fred Denman studied baking at PCTI. Upon graduation he worked on the retail side of the baking industry where he aquired hands on experience in all aspects of baking. After a few years he moved on to In-store Scratch bakeries and spent 17 years working his way up the management ladder. Looking for new challenges in 2000 he took a position as Operations/Plant Manager for Brooklyn Cheesecake & Desserts. He later became a Director of Manufacturing for a company that made Brownies for Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream in NY. In the beginning of 2012 Fred took on the position of General Manager at J&K Ingredients.
