Robert Sausville graduated with a BA from Seton Hall University in 1974. He later worked his way up to the position of President at the Sausville Distribution Company in Agoura Hills, California. In 1989 he moved to New Jersey and became the Purchasing Manager at Sausville Foods. After making the decision to move back out to the West Coast, Robert took the position of Senior Wholesale Account Rep at Bake Mark Inc. He then moved on to become the Western Regional Sales Manager of the Food Service Division at Dawn Foods. In 2007, Robert became the Sales Director of the West Coast for J&K Ingredients.
