Bill Dunn earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics at The Wharton School at
the University of Pennsylvania, and his MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School.  Throughout his over 20 years of experience, he has held executive positions with Allied Signal, Honeywell, American Standard and Pentair, developing a reputationas a hands-on CFO with extensive strategic, financial and operating experience in multibillion dollar global manufacturing environments. He possesses a unique leadership style from his international experiences living and working in Asia and Europe. After returning from eight years in China in 2015 where served as the International CFO for Pentair and as the CFO for CGN Meiya Power Company, a publicly traded Chinese state-owned electric company, Bill worked as Chief Financial Officer & Chief Administrative Officer at API Heat Transfer, a private equity owned, global heat exchange manufacturing company, headquartered in Buffalo, NY. In 2017, he joined Vertellus as CFO & VP of IT where he led all aspects of finance, including accounting, treasury and financial planning, and information technology.  He played a key role in the successful sale of Vertellus to Pritzker Private Capital in December of 2020. He joined J&K Ingredients in July 2021 as Chief Financial Officer.
