Alexander Orr graduated Magna Cum Laude from Montclair State College in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He then went to work as a Sales Representative with Quality Ingredients Corporation, was promoted to District Sales Manager, and worked there for 12 years specializing in industrial baking ingredient sales. Al was hired in 2004 by J&K Ingredients to be their V.P. of Sales and Marketing. Al has presented at the American Institute of Baking, as well as having been a President of the NJ Allied Trades of the Baking Industry. In addition to the ATBI, Al has also been a member of the American Society of Baking for over 20 years.
